Payment, access & refunds

This page describes how customers pay for Chertila, how digital access is delivered, how subscriptions renew, and how refunds work.

Payment methods

  • RUB payments are processed by YooKassa.
  • USD payments are processed by LemonSqueezy.
  • The website lets you pick the currency, not the provider. RUB uses YooKassa, USD uses LemonSqueezy.
  • Payment details are entered on the provider's hosted payment page and are not stored on our side.

Digital access after payment

  • Chertila is a digital online service. There is no physical delivery.
  • Once a payment is confirmed by the provider, the subscription status and animation credits are activated automatically in your account.
  • Service access is delivered through the web app and the in-account editor.
  • If the payment was charged but access was not activated, email olegstefanoyv1@gmail.com with the payment details.

Trials, renewals, cancellation

  • The Starter plan may include a 7-day free trial when available for your account.
  • Monthly paid subscriptions renew every 30 days.
  • You can cancel future renewals from the billing page. Cancellation does not remove access already paid for.
  • Switching plans creates a new payment for the chosen plan and cancels the previous subscription after the new payment is confirmed.

Refund policy

  • Refund requests are accepted within 14 days after payment if a technical issue prevents you from using the paid digital service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • Refunds are not granted for credits that have been substantially used or for periods during which the service was successfully delivered.
  • Approved refunds are returned via YooKassa or LemonSqueezy to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • To request a refund, email olegstefanoyv1@gmail.com with the account email, payment date, amount, currency, provider (if known), and a description of the issue.
