2. Data we process

• Account data: name, email, Google account identifier, profile picture, authentication tokens, and session records.
• Animation data: prompts, custom style kits, generated scenes, rendered video files, and version history.
• Payment data: chosen plan, currency, provider, payment identifiers, subscription status, invoices and webhook events, and credit-ledger records. Full payment details are processed by YooKassa or LemonSqueezy and never stored on our side.
• Technical and analytics data: IP address, browser and device, timestamps, page views, product events, and consent choices.

3. Why we process data

• To create and protect accounts.
• To deliver animation generation, editing, rendering, storage, and version history.
• To run subscriptions, trials, credits, renewals, cancellations, refunds, receipts, and support.
• To prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, payment disputes, and violation of service rules.
• To improve product quality and reliability through analytics and diagnostics.
• To meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and payment obligations.

4. Legal bases

• Performance of contract: providing the account, the editor, subscriptions, credits, and support.
• Legitimate interest: service security, debugging, analytics, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
• Consent: optional analytics or marketing where consent is required.
• Legal obligation: accounting, tax, payment, and compliance records.

5. Third-party services

• Google OAuth is used for sign-in.
• YooKassa processes RUB payments.
• LemonSqueezy processes USD payments.
• Plausible, Google Tag Manager, and Yandex.Metrika may be used for analytics in line with your consent choices.
• AI model and infrastructure providers may process prompts and animation context required to generate output.

6. Retention

• Account and animation data are kept while your account is active or as long as needed to deliver the service.
• Payment, tax, accounting, and dispute records are retained for the period required by law and provider rules.
• You can request account deletion or animation deletion by email. Some records may be retained where required by law, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or financial reporting.

7. Your rights

• Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing.
• You may withdraw optional consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Security

We use access controls, environment-variable secrets, HTTPS in production, provider-hosted payment pages, and operational monitoring. No online service can be perfectly secure, so do not upload sensitive material that is not needed to use the service.

9. International processing

Data may be processed in the countries where we, our infrastructure providers, analytics services, AI providers, payment providers, or support tools operate.
